• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• No requests for cancellation, modification, or change of order details will be accepted after the order has been confirmed.
• Customers are advised to carefully review their order, product details, quantity, and shipping information before completing the purchase.

• No refunds shall be provided for orders once they have been successfully placed and processed.

the customer must notify Silver Store Private Limited within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with clear photographs and order details.

Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Replace the product; or
• Provide an appropriate resolution.

If an order is not delivered due to reasons attributable to Silver Store Private Limited or its logistics partners, we will investigate the matter and provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund, as applicable.
